Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College women's soccer team earned their second win of the season with a 2-0 shutout victory over Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham today at the Athletic Center. The Roadrunners now stand at 2-0 overall while the Devils stand at 2-1 overall.

Nicole Ninomiya scored both goals in the second half to lead the Roadrunners. Ninomiya scored the game eventual game-winning goal in the 58th (57:32) minute unassisted to take a 1-0 lead. Senior captain
Autumn Herring took a free-kick from 20 yards out in the 63rd minute (62:24), she directed her kick towards the goal as Ninomiya was able to head the ball into the back of the net for a 2-0 lead.

The Roadrunners out shot the Devils 22-5 in the game along with 13 shots on goal and two on goal for the Devils. Sophomore
Jessica Cusick kept the Devils off the board as she tallied two saves in the game. For the Devils, Annie George collected 11 saves in the game. Ramapo also held a 5-2 advantage in corner kicks for the game.

Ramapo returns to action on September 9th when they travel to New Paltz, NY for a non-conference matchup against New Paltz at 4pm.
