Mahwah, NJ:  The Ramapo College men's indoor track and field team has been ranked #5 in the USTFCCCA's NCAA DIII Atlantic Region Poll, released today by the association office.

The poll, a computer projection, is based largely on the top returning student-athletes from teams across the country.

The Roadrunners competed at the 2013 New Balance Collegiate Invitational held at the New York Armory on February 2nd.  There, the 4x400 meter relay team, made up of Daryl Ansley, Andre Williams, Chris Brown, and Sean Ellis, placed 12th overall and clocked in at 3:22.06, qualifying for the 2013 ECAC Championships at the beginning of March.

Ackeme Brown, Williams, C. Brown, and Ansley, joined forces in the 4x200 meter relay, crossing the finish line in 1:30.44 for a second Ramapo ECAC qualifying mark.

Adam Lazor rounded out Ramapo's top performers.  Lazor cleared 4.55 meters (14'11") in the pole vault for a 16th place tie.
