Box Score Wayne, NJ:  The Ramapo College men's soccer team fell to NJAC rival William Paterson University, 2-1 on the road tonight. The Roadrunners fall to 5-4, 2-2 in the NJAC while the Pioneers improve to 5-4, 2-2 in the conference.

William Paterson got on the board in the first half in the 36th minute when David Chase scored off a pass from High Riley.

Senior Joseph Kane tied the game for the Roadrunners with a goal in the 61st minute, his third goal of the season. Late in the second half, the Pioneers would score the game winning goal as Dan Patton netted his third goal of the season to put William Paterson up, 2-1.

Ramapo's Brian Petrunik and WPU's Santiago Mesa each tallied four saves in the game.

The Pioneers held a 14-7 advantage in shots and a 5-4 advantage in corner kicks in the game.

The Roadrunners return to action on Saturday against NJAC rival Kean University at 1pm.
