Box Score New Paltz, NY:  The Lady Roadrunners dropped a tough 0-3 decision today to New Paltz in a non-conference field hockey match-up.  With the loss, Ramapo falls to 1-3 overall.  New Paltz improves to 3-2.

The Hawks posted three unassisted goals, the first coming at 13:41 from Lauren Link, her first of the 2012 season.

Alicia Aragosa and Alyssa Stock each hit the back of the cage in the final half of play leading the team to the three goal, shut out victory.

Ramapo was held to just one shot while New Paltz ripped 34 total.  Rebecca Elliot made 15 saves in the full 70 minutes while Antonija Pjetri made just one for the Hawks.

Ramapo returns to action on Tuesday, September 18th when they travel to Moravian for a non-conference match-up.  Game time 4pm.
