Flushing, NY: The Ramapo College men's tennis team defeated John Jay College today at the USTA National Tennis Center, 7-2 The Roadrunners raise their record to 4-2 overall while the Bloodhounds drop to 1-3 overall.
For the second consecutive match the Roadrunners swept the doubles matches as Justin Gersti and
Evan Clayton teamed up and won, 8-4 at first doubles while
Sam Klein and
Jacob Khodakov took home a win at second doubles a close, 8-6 victory.
In singles play, Clayton, Klein, Khodakov and
Peter Gramlich all picked up wins for the Roadrunners.
Ramapo returns to action tomorrow when they host Polytechnic University at 4:00 PM.
