Box Score Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College men's soccer team defeated Old Westbury, 7-0. The Roadrunners improve to 4-1 while the Panthers drop to 0-4.
Ramapo out shot the Panthers, 27-9 in the game and posted a 8-1 advantage in corner kicks. Ramapo would get all the scoring they would need in the second half as both teams could not find the back of the net in the first.
The Roadrunners got on the board just 1:35 into the second half off a goal by
Andrew Willcox, he was assisted by
Jonathan Yazo.
Jaivon Palmer took a pass from Cheol Min Mun and ripped a shot into the back of the next before
Rob Santaniello teamed up with
Joseph Kane for his team leading eighth goal of the year.
Dan Boffa scored Ramapo's fourth goal of the game off pass from
Anthony Pasciolla while Kevin Carbon made it 5-0 as Yazo picked up his second assist. Andrew Kirshteya teamed up with
Chris Freeman before Pacsiolla knocked in a pass from Carbone to make it 7-0.
David Lo Bue posted two saves in the game for Ramapo.
The Roadrunners return to action on Saturday at 1:00 pm as they host NJAC rival The College of NJ.
