Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College field hockey team posted their 11th win of the season (11-5, 2-4) with an overtime victory over Richard Stockton College (9-8, 0-6) today at the Athletic Center. The Roadrunners and Ospreys await word on a ECAC bid which will be announced on Monday, November 7th.
Stockton scored two goals, one each by Brittany Iveson and Nancy White before the Roadrunners would get on the board in the 35th minute.
Nicole Kaspar tallied her third goal of the season off a pass from
Jayne Manigrasso to cut the lead to one, 2-1.
Katie Bruno posted her 10th goal of the year as she hit the back of the cage, once again Manigrasso picked up the assist to tie the game at two all late in the second half (58:38).
Neither team would score the rest of the half forcing Ramapo's second straight overtime game. Manigrasso won the ball at midfield and passed it to
Amanda Barretta who raced up the field and beat the goalkeeper to slam home her 13th goal of the season just over one minute into the overtime period.

Rebecca Elliott posted three saves in the win as the Roadrunners extend their win streak to four games. Ramapo posted a 16-9 advantage in shots and a 9-8 edge in penalty corners.
