Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College men's swim team defeated the Highlanders of New Jersey Institute of Technology, 146-90 at the Adele and Reuben Thomas Swimming pool on the campus of Ramapo College.
The 200-yard medley relay team made up of
Stephen Fox,
David Nehls,
Alex DeVries and
Terry Hubert took home a first place finish with a time of 1:43.40.
Johnny Olsson and DeVries went 2-3 in the 200-yard freestyle with times of 1:53.42 and 1:59.96 respectively. In the 100-yard backstroke, Fox and
Alex Krueger finished in first (59.70) and second place (1:02.43).
DeVries and
Mike Waterhouse took first and second place finishes in the 200-yard butterfly with times of 2:05.92 and 2:08.87. Hubert won the 50-yard freestyle in 23.51 while Richter won the 100-yard freestyle in 50.83.
Andrew English won the 200-yard backstroke (2:17.79) while
Richard Maier won the 200-yard breaststroke (2:32.40) and DeVries won the 100-yard butterfly in 55:13.
The Roadrunners return to action when they travel to Montclair State University on December 11th at 1:00 PM.
