Orlando, FL: The Ramapo College men's tennis team fell to Colby-Sawyer College, 6-3 in the opening match-up of their Spring Break Florida trip. The Roadrunners now stand at 0-2 on the year.
Senior Jared Rochman (Oakland, NJ) was the lone Roadrunner taking a singles match-up going 6-3, 6-2 at sixth singles.
Sophomore Allen Kats (Montville, NJ) and rookie Prasanna Fernando (Wood-Ridge, NJ) teamed up at first doubles to defeat Ben Taylor and Ryan Murray, 8-6 while senior Keith Dobrin (Tinton Falls, NJ) and Rochman defeated Matt Larson and Trevor Davis at third doubles to pick up the final point for Ramapo.
The Roadrunners return to action on March 12 against Wheaton College at 1:00 PM.
