Pomona, NJ:  Sara Weimer (Atlantic Highlands/Henry Hudson) led Ramapo (4-7, 1-1) to a 6-0 victory over Richard Stockton today (2-9, 0-2) with three goals for a hat trick.

Jayne Manigrasso (Atlantic Highlands/Henry Hudson) scored two goals and Kimberly Raimondi (Ridgewood/Northern Highlands) also netted a goal for the Roadrunners. Ramapo goaltender Megan Tierney (Wayne/Wayne) made seven saves for her first shutout of the season.

Christine Harvey (Edgewood, MD/Aberdeen) started the game in goal for Stockton and made two saves in the first 10:30. Debi O'Kane (Cologne/Absegami) then entered the game and registered three saves in the final 59:30.

Weimer and Manigrasso each scored a goal in the first five minutes, both assisted by Ashley Zimmerman (North Plainfield/North Plainfield), as Ramapo jumped out to an early 2-0 lead. In the second half, Raimondi and Weimer struck for goals 33 seconds apart to put the Roadrunners on top 4-0. Weimer later completed her hat trick and Manigrasso added her second goal as the Profs pulled away and won 6-0.

Stockton will play at Arcadia on Tuesday at 4 pm. Ramapo will host second-ranked College of New Jersey on Tuesday at 4 pm
