Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College men's swim team hosted the Dolphins of The College of Staten Island today at Ramapo College. The Roadrunners fell short, 88-108. Their record now stands at 2-4 overall while the Dolphins remain undefeated at 4-0.
Rookies Dave Nehls (Oakland, NJ) and Mike Medvecky (Piscataway, NJ) placed first and second respectively in the 100-meter breaststroke; Nehls in 1:06.3 and Medvecky finished in 1:08.00. In the 50-meter freestyle event, rookie Nick Acciani (Cherry Hill, NJ) placed second with a time of 24.22.
The Roadrunners return to action on December 15th as they travel to Ocean County College at 11:00 AM.
