 DaSilva becomes the second different Roadrunner to earn NJAC Indoor Rookie of the Week honors after traveling to Boston to compete at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational hosted by Boston University. He placed 49th in the 800 meters with a personal-best time of 1:53.61. He also was a member of the Roadrunners’ 4x400 meter relay which placed eighth with a school-record time of 3:18.53. The performance by DaSilva in the 800 meters (adjusted to 1:55.24 banked to flat) currently stands as the best in the NJAC and the 25th-best time in the event in all of NCAA Division III this season.
