Ecckhout earns NJAC Rookie of the Week honors for the second consecutive week after competing in the Roadrunners meet at TCNJ. In the first NJAC meet of his collegiate career, he placed first in the 100 breaststroke and the 200 breaststroke events with respective winning scores of 59.28 and 2:12.54. He also posted a first-place showing in the 200 individual medley with a winning mark of 2:01.44. The performances by Ecckhout in both the 100 breaststroke and the 200 breaststroke currently stand as conference-best times in each of those event this season.
