Ecckhout earns NJAC Rookie of the Week honors after helping Ramapo improve to 2-0 on the season with a 145.5-116.5 meet victory over Drew. In just the second competition of his collegiate career, he placed first in both the 100 breaststroke and the 200 individual medley with respective winning times of 59.74 and 2:00.22.
