Karina earns NJAC Defensive Player of the Week honors for the second time this season after averaging 5.93 digs per set during a 3-1 week of play for the Roadrunners. She opened the week by tallying 27 digs and one kill in a 3-2 NJAC road defeat at Rowan. Two nights later, she registered 24 digs and nine assists during a 3-2 NJAC win over Rutgers-Newark. She wrapped up the week with a combined 34 digs and four service aces in a pair of 3-0 non-conference victories over New York Maritime and Mount Saint Mary. Karina currently leads the NJAC in digs (6.29 per set).
