Ramapo College of New Jersey Athletics

Almeda collects her first NJAC Defensive Player of the Week honor of the 2019 season after leading Ramapo to a pair of sweeps over the weekend. She led the Roadrunners with 41 digs (6.83 per set), and recorded two kills on two attempts along with 11 assists and two aces. She rung up 23 digs in the win over Brooklyn College and 18 more against Farmingdale State. Almeda also posted a perfect passing percentage with 31 attempts. She now leads the NJAC in digs per set (6.83).
