Abelev becomes the first Roadrunner to ever be named NJAC Men’s Tennis Player of the Week after playing a key role in helping Ramapo secure its first NJAC victory - a 9-0 road win over Rutgers-Camden. He posted a 6-0, 6-0 win at first singles, while also teaming with Cyrus Dastparvardeh for an 8-4 pro-set win at first doubles for Ramapo’s fifth match victory of the year. Abelev currently ranks second on his squad with five total singles victories on the year.
