Battle earns NJAC Rookie of the Week honors after averaging 14.0 points, 4.5 rebounds, 4.0 assists, and 2.5 steals per game during a key 2-0 week of conference play for the Roadrunners. He opened the week with 17 points, seven rebounds, two assists and two steals in a 77-72 NJAC victory over Rutgers-Newark. He then wrapped up the week by tallying 11 points, six rebounds, and three steals in a 79-70 NJAC road win at Stockton. Battle currently ranks tied for 11th in the NJAC in assists (2.7 per game).
