Barnes becomes the third Roadrunner this season to earn NJAC Player of the Week honors after leading Ramapo at the D3Hoops.com Classic. He averaged 31.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 2.5 steals as Ramapo split a pair of contests, and he was named to the All-Tournament Team. In the tournament opener win over Husson, Barnes drained 26 points including going 13-for-14 at the free throw line. He added four boards, an assist, and a steal. In a tough loss to Linfield, Barnes went off for 36 points on 12-for-21 shooting, including 5-for-7 from three and 7-for-8 at the free throw line. He added four steals, four rebounds, and an assist, while committing no turnovers in 40 minutes. Barnes is currently the second-leading scorer in the NJAC with a clip of 20.5 points per game. He also ranks number two in the conference in free throw percentage, making 85 of his 95 attempts (89.5%).
