Lewis collects his second and Ramapo’s third NJAC Player of the Week honor after powering the Roadrunners to a pair of wins with two double-doubles. He averaged 22.5 points, 12.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 1.5 steals per game as Ramapo defeated Rutgers-Camden (86-74) and Farmingdale State (74-60). He shot 52 percent (14-27), and made 17 of his 22 free throws. He opened the week with a 29-point/14-rebound effort in NJAC play against the Scarlet Raptors, sinking 15 of his 17 free throws. He added three assists, two blocked shots, and a steal while committing just two turnovers in 40 minutes of play. He followed up with 16 points and 11 rebounds in non-conference play against Farmingdale State, chipping in three assists and two steals. Lewis is averaging a double-double on the season with a league-best 10.5 rebounds per game and fifth-highest 17.5 points per game.
