Semple earns the first NJAC Defensive Player of the Week honor of the 2018 season after leading Ramapo in its season-opening win over Shenandoah. Semple recorded 23 digs in the three-set shutout, averaging nearly 7.7 scoops per set. She added five assists and an ace to her stat line.
