Edwards earns her fifth and the final NJAC Field Athlete of the Week award after another All-America performance at this year’s NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships. She recorded a jump of 12.08 meters to place third nationally, and garnering her second consecutive outdoor All-America honor in the triple jump after placing sixth last year. Edwards wrapped up a record-setting senior season, nabbing the indoor national title and setting a new outdoor school record of 12.47 meters a few weeks ago. She recently earned the NJAC’s Outstanding Field Athlete honor as well.
