Housel picks up her second and Ramapo’s third NJAC Swimmer of the Week honor after leading the Roadrunners in a conference meet against Montclair State. The senior won two individual events, helped a relay squad to a win, and placed second in another relay. She captured wins in both the 100- and 200-yard backstroke, clocking the third-best time in the conference this season in the 200 (2:10.20). She also clocked a 1:00.16 in the 100 back to win the event; she owns the second-best time in the conference in that event this season. She was the lead leg in the winning 200-yard medley relay which finished in 1:52.81, just off the Roadrunners’ season-best 1:51.48 earlier this year. Housel was the second leg of the 400-yard free relay team that clocked a 3:56.82 to finish second; the Roadrunners own the second-best 400 free relay time of the season. Ramapo suffered a 153-109 setback to Montclair State.
