Hernandez picks up his first NJAC Indoor Track Athlete of the Week honor of the young season after leading preseason No. 17 Ramapo at the Albany Great Dane Classic over the weekend. The reigning indoor Most Outstanding Athlete clocked an 8:18.96 to finish as the top Division III runner in the 3,000 meter run and eighth overall. His time ranks as the best in Division III this season and set a new Ramapo program record. Hernandez also earned ECAC Athlete of the Week.
