Anders earns NJAC Rookie of the Week honors for the fourth time this season after averaging 3.65 kills and 1.75 blocks per game in five matches played for the Roadrunners. She opened the week by collecting 11 kills, three digs, and three blocks in a 3-0 NJAC win over Kean. Three days later in the Skidmore Tournament, she posted 17 kills and nine blocks in a 3-1 loss to Cortland. She then notched a triple-double 20 kills, 10 digs, and 11 blocks in a 3-2 win over Clarkson, before registering 10 kills and eight digs in a 3-1 defeat to St. Lawrence. She wrapped up the week by tallying 15 kills, eight digs, and three blocks in a 3-1 loss to SUNY New Paltz. Anders currently leads the NJAC in hitting percentage (.386), kills per game (3.69), blocks per game (1.46), and points per game (5.14).
