Dela Cruz earns his second NJAC Rookie of the Week honor after leading Ramapo at the Inter-Regional Border Battle at Rowan last weekend. He crossed the finish line of the 7.8k course in 25:41 to finish 144th out of 383 runners, and was the third Roadrunner to cross. Ramapo placed 27th out of 43 teams in the meet.
