Hernandez earns the first NJAC Runner of the Week selection after competing in Ramapo’s own Season Opener Meet contested at Green Mountain. He kicked off his junior season by placing first in a field of 74 competitors in the 5K race with a winning time of 16:10. The winning performance by the reigning NJAC Runner of the Year helped the Roadrunners place first in the nine-team season-opening meet.
