Hernandez earns NJAC Track Athlete of the Week honors after traveling to Princeton University to compete at the Sam Howell Invitational. He placed fifth in a field of 49 competitors in the 1,500 meters with an ECAC qualifying time of 3:50.88. The performance by Hernandez in the 1,500 meters currently ranks as the fourth best time in the event in all of NCAA Division III this season.
