Herbert collects her sixth NJAC Swimmer of the Week honor after earning an NCAA ‘B’ cut time and leading Ramapo at the Metropolitan Championships last weekend. She competed in two individual events, including the 50 free (23.62; 3rd place; NCAA ‘B’ cut) and 100 free (52.61; 7th in A-Final). The 50 free time marks the best in the NJAC this season. She anchored two relays, including the 200 medley (1:48.03; 3rd) and 400 medley (4:01.26; 4th). The 200 medley time marks the best in the conference this season, and the 400 medley ranks second in the NJAC. She also led off two more relays, including the 400 free (3:38.62; 6th in A-Final) and 800 free (8:04.23; 5th). The 800 free relay time is second in the NJAC and 400 free relay is second among league teams. Herbert also earned ECAC Metro Division Swimmer of The Week.
