Dowell earns NJAC Field Athlete of the Week honors for the fourth time this season after traveling to Manhattan to compete at the NJAC Indoor Championships. He claimed the conference crown in the triple jump by placing first in a field of 13 competitors with an ECAC qualifying leap of 14.74 meters. The winning performance by Dowell represented the best NJAC leap and the fifth best triple jump registered in NCAA Division III this season. Dowell’s winning leap helped propel the Roadrunners to a second place finish overall in the nine-team NJAC men’s indoor track & field championship meet.
