Polite becomes the second different Roadrunner to earn NJAC Rookie of the Week honors after leading the Roadrunners this week in two victories. He first registered 19 points and five rebounds, while adding two assists and two steals during a 72-68 NJAC victory over Kean. He then tallied a double-double against rival Montclair State with 12 points and 12 rebounds. He wrapped up the week by recording 26 points, seven rebounds, one assist, and one block, while shooting 10- for-15 from the field during an 89-74 victory over Medgar Evers. Polite currently ranks tied for 12th in the NJAC in rebounding (5.7 per game). For his efforts, Polite was also named DIII Corvias ECAC Men's Basketball Players of the Week.
