Appezzato earns NJAC Women’s Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week honors for the second time this season after traveling to Troy, NY to compete at the ECAC Outdoor Championships hosted by Rensellaer. She claimed the ECAC championship in the javelin by placing first in a field of 26 throwers with a school-record toss of 46.19 meters. As one of the top national qualifiers in the jav- elin event, Appezzato will now travel to Delaware, OH to compete at the NCAA Division III National Outdoor Championships on May 24.
