Dowell earns NJAC Men’s Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week honors for the fifth time this season after traveling to Troy, NY to compete at the ECAC Outdoor Championships hosted by Rensellaer. He placed sixth in a field of 29 competitors in the triple jump with a school-record leap of 14.46 meters. As one of the top national qualifiers in the triple jump, Dowell will now travel to Newark, OH to compete in the event at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships on May 24.
