McDonough earns NJAC Rookie Pitcher of the Week honors for the fourth time this season after collecting a win and two saves in three games pitched for the Roadrunners. He first struck out two batters in a scoreless inning of work to earn a save in Ramapo’s 11-10 NJAC road win at Richard Stockton. One day later, he struck out one in a scoreless inning of work to record his second save in two days in a 6-4 NJAC road win at Rutgers-Camden. He wrapped up the week by surrendering just nine hits, one walk, and three earned runs while striking out 11 to earn the victory in the Roadrunners’ 6-4 NJAC win over NJCU. McDonough currently ranks second in the NJAC in innings pitched (57.1).
