Giordano earns NJAC Rookie Pitcher of the Week honors for the second time this season after going 2-0 with a 0.00 earned run average in two games pitched for the Roadrunners. She first surrendered just three hits, no walks, and no runs in five innings while striking out four to earn the win in the Roadrunners’ 8-0 NJAC victory over Rutgers-Newark. She wrapped up the week by surrendering just two hits, one walk, and no runs while striking out three for her second complete-game shutout victory of the week in a 6-0 NJAC win over Richard Stockton. On the season, Giordano is 7-1 with a 1.26 earned run average.
