LaRocca earns NJAC Pitcher of the Week honors for the second time this season after tossing two complete-game shutouts in a five-day period for the Roadrunners in Florida. He opened the week by surrendering just two hits and one walk over nine innings while striking out seven during an 8-0 complete-game shutout of McDaniel. Five days later, he surrendered just four hits and four walks in nine shutout innings during a 1-0 complete-game victory over Framingham State. LaRocca, who allowed just six hits and no runs in a combined 18.0 innings of work, currently ranks third in the NJAC in opposing batting average (.110).
