Sanborn earns NJAC Player of the Week honors after averaging 19.0 points and 5.0 rebounds per game during a 2-0 week of play which extended the No. 11 ranked Roadrunners’ season-opening winning-streak to eight games. He opened the week by notching 15 points, five rebounds, and two assists in a 79-52 NJAC win over Rutgers-Newark to help Ramapo remain the lone unbeaten team in conference play. Three days later, he tallied 23 points on 9-of-17 shooting from the field, while adding five rebounds and two steals in a 110-76 non-conference victory over 2012 NCAA Tournament participant St. Joseph’s-Long Island. Sanborn currently leads the NJAC in scoring (17.3 points per game).
