Shaw earns NJAC & ECAC Pitcher of the Week honors after posting a 4-1 record with a 0.77 earned run average in five appearances during Ramapo’s Spring trip to Florida. She opened the trip by recording eight strikeouts in a 6-0 complete-game shutout victory over Babson. Later in the same day, she logged 1.2 innings of relief for her second victory of the day - a 6-5 extra-inning win over Wellesley. She picked up her third victory of the trip by striking out eight in a complete-game two-hit shutout win of Wisconsin-Platteville, before wrapping up the week with six strikeouts for her fourth win - a 3-1 victory over Tufts. Shaw, who surrendered just three earned runs in 27.2 innings pitched during the trip, currently ranks fourth in the NJAC in earned run average (0.66).
