Wong becomes the second different Roadrunner to earn NJAC Rookie of the Week honors after hitting .545 (6-for-11) with two doubles, one RBI, and two runs scored in four contests played for Ramapo. She produced multiple-hit games in three-of-four contests including a 2-for-4 performance with a RBI and a run scored in a 9-5 non-conference win over Western Connecticut. In the first NJAC games of her career, she went a combined 4-for-6 with two doubles and a run scored in the Roadrunners’ 6-4 and 2-0 NJAC road sweep of TCNJ. Wong currently is the Ramapo team leader in both RBI and doubles.
