Rogers earns NJAC Women’s Indoor Field Athlete of the Week honors for the third time this season after traveling to New York City to compete at the NJAC Championships contested at the New York Armory. She placed first in a field of 15 competitors in the triple jump with an ECAC qualifying and conference-record leap of 12.16 meters. She also placed first in a field of 13 competitors in the long jump with an ECAC qualifying and NJAC-record jump of 5.68 meters. She also competed as a member of the Roadrunners’ 4x200 meter relay which placed first in a field of five teams with an ECAC qualifying time of 1:43.80. Her mark in the triple jump (12.16 meters) currently ranks as the third best leap in Division III, while her mark in the long jump (5.68 meters) ranks ninth in the nation. The performances by Rogers helped Ramapo claim its first NJAC Women’s Indoor Track & Field Championship in program history.
