Penny garners NJAC Baseball Rookie Pitcher of the Week honors after a spotless three-inning relief appearance in Ramapo’s 3-2 win over Washington College on March 1. The left-hander retired all nine batters he faced, allowing no hits and no runs while striking out four, including three looking.
