LaRocca earns NJAC Rookie Pitcher of the Week as well as the first NJCBA Rookie Pitcher of the Week honors after earning the victory in relief during Ramapo’s come-from-behind 9-8 victory over Becker. In the first appearance of his collegiate career, he surrendered just two earned runs and two walks in 6.2 innings of relief as the Roadrunners rallied from a 3-0 deficit to extend their season-opening winning streak to four games. LaRocca currently ranks 20th in the NJAC in earned run average (2.70).
