Van Leeuwen earns NJAC Field Athlete of the Week honors for the second consecutive week after traveling to Philadelphia to compete at the Penn Relays contested at Franklin Field. The only Division III competitor in a pole vault field which featured the NCAA Division I National Champion, Van Leeuwen placed 11th overall with a NCAA provisional mark of 4.90 meters.
