Giordano becomes the second different Roadrunner to earn NJAC Pitcher of the Week honors after going 4-0 with a 0.84 earned run average in 33.2 innings pitched during the course of five appearances. She earned victories in her starts against Rutgers-Camden, Rutgers-Newark, Moravian, and TCNJ, with three of the four games serving as complete-game extra-inning wins. After an eight-inning 5-4 NJAC road win at Rutgers-Camden, she held Newark to just six hits and one unearned run while striking out nine in a 9-1 victory. She surrendered just five hits and three unearned runs in a 4-3 nine inning win over Moravian, before striking out seven in a 4-3 nine-inning NJAC victory over TCNJ.
Giordano, who struck out 27 in the five appearances combined, currently ranks second in the NJAC with a 0.80 earned run average.
