A native of Staten Island, NY, Katie Arcuri transferred to Ramapo College after her freshman year at St. Francis.  She was a standout member of the women’s basketball team for three seasons from 2001-2004.  She served as captain during her junior and senior seasons and made her mark as a top player in the program’s history.  She was a two-time recipient of team Most Valuable Player, earning the honor after her junior and senior seasons.  During her sophomore campaign she earned the Coach’s Award honor for her leadership both on and off the court.  Arcuri helped the Roadrunners to 41 wins, 20 in conference play, while leading the Roadrunners to two ECAC Tournament appearances.  Arcuri sank 757 points in just three seasons while dishing out more than 225 assists and grabbing 156 steals in her career at Ramapo.  

Arcuri is a 2004 graduate of the College where she earned her bachelor of arts degree in communications with a concentration in graphic design.  She immediately earned a masters degree from the United States Sports Academy in sports science before landing her first job in collegiate sports at West Point? as a marketing and promotions coordinator.  Arcuri moved on to the College of Staten Island where she worked as the assistant athletic director for student services before landing her current job at St. Peter’s.  For the last four years Arcuri has served as the associate AD for compliance and the senior woman administrator.  She currently resides in Staten Island.
